: Review date:We wanted to try Bauck millet flakes as they are metabolised alkaline and are gluten-free. Slightly bitter flavour, as a porridge with Allos almond drink and fresh sweet fruit for breakfast we found the taste and consistency OK. The quality is right. But we always get very thirsty for the millet flakes and some gluten-free products. That's why we go back to gluten-free oatmeal in the morning.
Die Bauck Hirseflocken wollten wir testen, da sie basisch verstoffwechselt werden und glutenfrei sind. Leicht bittere Note, als Brei mit Allos Mandeldrink und frischem süßen Obst zum Frühstück für uns im Geschmack und in Konsistenz OK. Qualität stimmt. Bekommen aber immer starken Durst nach den Hirseflocken und einigen glutenfreien Produkten. Deshalb wieder zurück zu den morgendlichen glutenfreien Haferflocken.

: Review date:Very tasty and in demeter quality. In summer, I use them mainly in fruit shakes. Fresh figs, fresh apricots, maybe some watermelon, a pinch of cinnamon at the end, a portion of millet flakes and a touch of coconut oil. It gets me through the hot days.
Sehr lecker und in demeterqualitaet. Im Sommer benutze ich sie hauptsaechlich in Fruchtshakes. Frische Feigen, frische Aprikosen, vielleicht etwas Wassermelone, am Schluss eine prise Zimt, eine Portion Hirseflocken und einen Hauch Kokosoel. Bringt mich gut ueber die heissen Tage.
