Bauck Hot Hafer Organic Protein Porridge. Vegan, unsweetened¹ porridge made from ground and whole rolled oats. Do you prefer a breakfast full of energy? Then this oat protein porridge is just right for you. Wholemeal oat flakes, oat protein powder, oat flour and oat bran meet golden linseed, buckwheat flakes, quinoa and amaranth. Enjoy the extra protein kick from the oat flakes.
¹ Ingredients naturally contain sugar.

Preparation for one portion:
  1. Place 50 g (approx. 5 tbsp) of porridge in a bowl.
  2. Mix with 100 ml boiling milk or plant-based drink and leave to swell for 2 minutes.
  3. Enjoy warm and top with fruit, fruit purée or nuts to taste.
