Bauck HotHafer Organic Golden Milk Porridge. Aromatic, delicious, golden yellow porridge made from ground and whole oat flakes and a finely balanced Ayurvedic spice mix with ginger, turmeric, dates, cinnamon and cardamom.
Preparation for one portion:
- Place 50 g (approx. 5 tbsp) of porridge in a bowl.
- Mix with 125 ml boiling milk or plant-based drink and leave to swell for 2 minutes.
- Enjoy warm and top with fruit, fruit purée or nuts to taste.
