Recipe tip: Crispy Krossies
Melt 150g white chocolate in a bain-marie. Mix in 50g cinnamon mix with apple. Using a spoon, place small heaps on a baking tray lined with baking paper and leave to cool in the fridge.
Also delicious: with milk, dark or nut chocolate.
