I was looking for a wheat-free alternative to the mini cinnamon biscuits from Eden: The flavour is not cinnamon-y enough for me personally. The mini cinnamon biscuits have a comparatively more intense flavour. On the other hand, these gluten-free cereals are much crunchier and don't get so sticky with the milk. I have tried them with almond and goat's milk for comparison and find the cinnamon flavour slightly better with the animal milk. All in all, though, a nice muesli :)

Ich hatte nach einer weizenfreien Alternative zu den Mini-Zimties vom Hersteller Eden gesucht: Geschmacklich ist es für mich persönlich zu wenig zimtig. Da schmecken die Mini-Zimties vergleichsweise intensiver. Dafür sind diese glutenfreien Cerealien viel knackiger und werden nicht so pappig mit der Milch. Ich habe diese mit Mandel- und Ziegenmilch zum Vergleich probiert und finde die Zimtnote mit der tierischen Milch etwas besser. Alles in allem aber ein schönes Müsli :)
