Baking mixture with a preparation time of 5 minutes

Bauck Organic Chocolate Cake Baking Mix. The chocolate cake can be prepared classically with milk, butter and egg or vegan with margarine and water. It only takes five minutes to prepare and the baking time is one hour. Enjoy the chocolate cake with family and friends.
Preparation
Preparation time: 5 minutes.
Baking time: 65-75 minutes.

Preparation with milk & egg:
Just add: 3 eggs, 110 g butter and 130 ml milk.
  1. Preheat the oven with top and bottom heat to 175 °C (gas mark 3). Please do not bake with convection.
  2. Add contents of the pack into a bowl.
  3. Add 3 eggs, 110 g butter and 130 ml milk.
  4. Process with a hand mixer until smooth.
  5. Fill into a greased loaf tin (26 cm) or ring cake (Ø 26 cm).
  6. Stroke smooth and bake for 65 minutes.
  7. Allow the cake to cool for about 15 minutes, only then take out of the mold.
Notes: 
  1. Instead of butter you can also add margarine. 
  2. Instead of cow's milk, you can also soy drink.

Vegan preparation:
Just add: 150 g margarine and 150 ml water.
  1. Preheat the oven with top and bottom heat to 175° C (gas mark 3). Please do not bake with convection.
  2. Add contents of the pack into a bowl.
  3. Ad  150 g melted margarine and 150 ml of cold water.
  4. Process with a hand mixer until smooth.
  5. Fill into a greased loaf tin (26 cm) or ring cake (Ø 26 cm).
  6. Stroke smooth and bake for 75 minutes.
  7. Allow the cake to cool for about 15 minutes, only then take out of the mold.
Notes: 
  1. With butter instead of margarine the cake will not work! 
  2. Instead of water, you can also add soy drink.
