: Review date:Bauck quality is right. Very often also in Demeter quality. We need the flour for baking bread with sourdough and mixed with other gluten-free flours for biscuits and cake doughs. The quality of the buckwheat flour is right, it smells of buckwheat. It is easy to work with and is wholesome when baked.
Bauck Qualität stimmt. Sehr oft auch in Demeterqualität. Benötigen das Mehl fürs Brotbacken mit Sauerteig sowie mit anderen glutenfreien Mehlen gemischt für Plätzchen/ Kekse und Kuchenteige. Die Qualität des Buchweizenmehls stimmt, es riecht nach Buchweizen. Lässt sich gut verarbeiten und ist verbacken bekömmlich.

Sehr fein gemahlenes Buchweizenmehl, optimal zum Backen von glutenfreiem Brot und anderen Backwaren. Bin sehr zufrieden, die Mehle von anderen Firmen sind sehr grob gemahlen und zum Backen nicht so gut geeignet. Ich kaufe dieses Mehl immer in grösseren Mengen und würde mich freuen, wenn es auch in grösseren Verpackungseinheiten zu einem günstigeren Preis angeboten wird! Klare Kaufempfehlung!
