We like to eat buckwheat (gluten-free) and wanted to try the Flocke. Prepared as a porridge with almond drink (Allos) or coconut drink. We like the buckwheat flakes with either fresh fruit or Zwergenwiese sour cherries. We also mix them with gluten-free oat flakes from Bauck to prepare the porridge. The quality of Bauck buckwheat flakes was right for us. Gladly again.

Essen gern Buchweizen (glutenfrei) und wollten die Flocken mal testen. Als Brei mit Mandeldrink (Allos) oder Kokosdrink zubereitet. Wahlweise mit frischem Obst oder Zwergenwiese Sauerkirschen schmecken die Buchweizenflocken uns sehr gut. Mischen diese auch mit glutenfreien Haferflocken von Bauck zur Zubereitung des Brei. Qualität von Bauck Buchweizenflocken stimmte für uns. Gern wieder.
