Bauck Organic Baking Mixture Tarte Flambée. A vegan, gluten free baking mixture for 2 baking sheets of oat tarte flambée. Whether vegan, vegetarian or topped with bacon, this baking mix is suitable for a cosy evening for two or for enjoying a tarte flambée in a get-together. Each bag contains 1 tray of tarte flambée, which you can top to your liking and serve as a snack or a fine meal. Prepare for 5 minutes, bake for 10 to 15 minutes. Try the classic, sweet or gourmet variety on the back of the pack.

It's that easy:

Preparation time: ca. 5 minutes, baking time: 10-15 minutes.

Add these ingredients for one bag:

140 ml cold water, 1 tbsp vinegar (e.g. apple cider vinegar), 2 tbsp neutral oil

Preheat the oven to 250 °C top/bottom heat.
Put the water, oil and vinegar in a bowl and add 1 sachet of baking mix. Knead the ingredients with a hand mixer (or by hand) to a homogeneous dough.
Place baking paper on the work surface and sprinkle with a little flour or starch. Roll out the dough thinly (1-2 mm) on the baking paper. When the dough has reached tray size, the dough height is ideal. Flour/starch a little as needed to roll out.
Pull the finished rolled out dough with the baking paper onto a baking tray and top as desired.
Place the tarte flambée in the lower part of the preheated oven (250 °C) and bake for 10-15 minutes, depending on the thickness of the topping.
