Bauck Organic Baking Mixture Spelt Waffles. A pack of the Organic Spelt Waffles Baking Mixture should always be in the kitchen cupboard. Quick and easy to prepare, always good for in between. There is even a pinch of vanilla in it included. All that is needed is a little milk, a little butter and an egg.
Baking Mixture Spelt Waffles (for 3-4 dessert portions)
Preparation with waffle iron:
Add 150 ml of milk, 75 g of soft butter and 2 eggs
Preheat the waffle iron. Pour the baking mixture with 75 g of soft butter and 2 eggs into a bowl. Gradually stir 150 ml of milk into the dough. Grease the waffle iron. Put 2 tablespoons dough into the center and bake. Remove the waffle from the iron and let it cool on a cooling rack.

Preparation without waffle iron:
You can also bake the dough as little blinis (small cakes) in the pan. Heat the fat in a frying pan. Add one tablespoonful of dough to the pan. Bake on both sides until golden yellow.

Tip: Also works without milk and egg! For this mix baking mixture with 200 ml of soy or rice drink, 75 g of margarine and 2 tablespoons of soy flour.

I always have a pack at home in case I have a sudden craving for waffles or spontaneous visitors for coffee or the like. The waffles are quick to make and very tasty. My guests were often amazed by the taste and quality, despite the "ready-made" product.

Habe immer eine Packung Zuhause, falls ich mal schnelle Lust auf Waffeln habe oder spontan Besuch zum Kaffee o.ä. bekommt. Da sind die Waffeln schnell gemacht und sehr lecker. Meine Gäste waren oft erstaunt von Geschmack und Qualität, trotz "Fertig"produkt.

Klar ist es kein Ding, Waffelteig selbst zu machen. Aber für die ganz Faulen geht es doch schneller, wenn man NICHT selbst abwiegen muss. Die Waffeln sind knusprig und lecker, noch etwas Zimt oder Vanille in den Teig und gut ist.
