Baking mixture for 6 large or 12 small brownies

Bauck Organic Baking Mixture Brownies. The pack makes six large or twelve small brownies. The brownies can either be prepared in the classic way with butter, eggs and milk or vegan with margarine, cornflour and plant-based drink. Enjoy freshly baked, chocolatey, delicious brownies, prepared in no time at all.
Preparation 
Add these ingredients: 200 g soft butter, 2 eggs, 100 ml milk
For vegan preparation: 100 g margarine (bakeable), 150 ml plant-based drink (soya or oat drink), 50 g starch (corn starch)

It's that simple:
  1. To prepare, preheat the oven to 175 °C with top and bottom heat.
  2. Place the baking mixture in a bowl and mix with the butter and eggs.
    For vegan preparation, melt the margarine in a pan, then add the plant-based drink. Place the baking mix for the brownie batter and starch in a bowl and mix with the margarine and plant drink mixture until smooth.
  3. Spread the mixture into the baking tin (26 cm springform pan or 20 x 20 cm ovenproof dish) and smooth out.
  4. Then bake in the oven at a medium height for approx. 25 minutes.
  5. Leave to cool thoroughly, then cut into 6 large or 12 small pieces.

The baking mix has always been great for years, but since the new repackaging I have the impression that something has been changed in the recipe. They no longer turn out as well for me (they become too compact) and they also taste less chocolatey than before.

Die Backmischung war seit Jahren immer super, seit der neuen Umverpackung habe ich jedoch den Eindruck, dass auch an der Rezeptur etwas verändert wurde. Mir gelingen sie jedenfalls nicht mehr so gut (werden zu kompakt) und sie schmecken auch weniger schokoladig als früher.
