Bauck Organic Baking Mix Quick Bread Rolls Seeds. Imagine the smell of homemade bread rolls wafting through your four walls. And all this in no more than 10 minutes of kitchen work, including mixing, placing the dough on the tray and putting it in the oven. No problem with this bread roll mix. Gluten-free, of course.

Baking mix for 10 seed rolls

Preparation: 10 minutes, baking time: 35 minutes

Add these ingredients for one packet:

400 ml water, 2 tbsp light vinegar (apple or white wine vinegar), 2 tbsp neutral oil, Topping: a handful of oat flakes or seeds.

Preheat oven to 220°C top and bottom heat.
Mix the roll mixture with water, oil and vinegar using a hand mixer (dough hook) or spoon.
Shape the dough into a roll with moistened hands and divide into 10 equal-sized pieces.
Shape the dough pieces slightly round with damp hands. Roll in the desired topping.
Place on a baking tray lined with baking paper. Then press down about the width of your thumb, as they will rise well in the oven.
Place the rolls (without rising time) in the preheated oven on medium-high.
Remove from the oven after about 35 minutes.
