: Review date:This is the first time I have ordered the larger version. I usually buy the small ones. I like the taste and that it is so finely pureed. The origin is also important. This is not known by others. I always buy it again. Important in vegan baking because it replaces eggs very well.
Das ist das erste mal dass ich die größere Version bestellt habe. Ich kaufe sonst immer die kleinen. Ich mag den Geschmack und dass es so fein püriert ist. Die Herkunft ist ebenfalls wichtig. Diese ist bei anderen nicht bekannt. Kaufe es immer wieder. Wichtig im veganen Backen da es Eier sehr gut ersetzt.

: Review date:The taste of the apple puree is wonderfully fruity. Unlike other competitors, I have the impression that no sugar was added by Bauckhof. The pulp tastes just as you would expect. You just taste apples without any additives. That's how it should be. I also like to use it in delicious meals like homemade curry sauce. But it also goes very well with potato pancakes. If you try it for the first time, you will surely be as enthusiastic as I am. That's why I give it a clear recommendation to buy the apple puree and can only advise everyone to order a larger quantity right away.
Der Geschmack von dem Apfelmark ist wunderbar fruchtig. Im Gegensatz zu anderen Mitbewerbern habe ich den Eindruck, als wenn kein Zucker von Bauckhof hinzugefügt wurde. Das Mark schmeckt so, wie man es sich vorstellt. Man schmeckt einfach nur Äpfel ohne irgendwelche Zusatzstoffe. So soll es ja auch sein. Gerne verwende ich es auch in leckeren Mahlzeiten wie selbst hergestellter Currysoße. Aber auch als Begleiter zu Reibekuchen eignet es sich sehr gut. Wer es das erste Mal probiert, wird sicher genauso begeistert sein wie ich. Deswegen gebe ich eine klare Kaufempfehlung für das Apfelmark ab und kann nur jedem raten, gleich eine größere Menge zu bestellen.
