Genau wie Rosa U. finde ich, dass das Apfelmark leicht säuerlich schmeckt. Ich esse das Apfelmark von Bauckhof gerne mit Naturjoghurt oder auch zu Reibekuchen. Wer eine süßere Alternative bevorzugt, dem kann ich die Version mit Apfel und Mango empfehlen.

Im Vergleich zu herkömmlichem Apfelmus schmeckt man natürlich, dass es weniger süß und leicht säuerlicher ist. Ich vermische das Mus auch gerne mit Joghurt und gebe noch etwas Obst hinzu. Köstlich!
