Quickly and easily prepared porridge with seeds

Bauck Hot Oat Organic Wonder Porridge unsweetened¹. A hearty snack with seven different seeds. The classic sunflower and pumpkin seeds, linseed and sesame seeds are combined with chia, hemp and blue poppy. The basis is a mix of ground and whole flakes.
¹ Ingredients naturally contain sugar.

Preparation (for 1 portion)
  1. Place 50 g (5 tbsp) of porridge in a bowl.
  2. Mix with 125 ml boiling milk or plant-based drink and leave to swell for 2 minutes.
  3. Enjoy warm and top with fruit, fruit purée or nuts to taste.
