Barista vom Berg Organic Melange Roasted Coffee, whole bean. The Melange is a blend of 100% Arabica beans from Peru and Honduras, which are mixed in a 50/50 ratio. The medium roast from these beans produces an aromatic flavour profile with aromas of chocolate, nut and fruity notes. Thanks to the gentle and slow drum roasting, the coffee beans develop their full flavour, which largely reduces the natural acidity.
