I bought the mouth spray because of the good reviews, but I am not so enthusiastic: it is too sharp for me, i.e. the alcohol content is too high. For professional reasons, I need a spray that cares for and moisturises the vocal cords well, but alcohol dries them out. I prefer to buy the propolis spray from Bergland again, which contains glycerine as a base.

Beruflich bedingt brauche ich ein Spray, das die Stimmbänder gut pflegt und befeuchtet, Alkohol trocknet diese jedoch aus. Ich kaufe mir lieber wieder das Propolisspray von Bergland, das enthält Glycerin als Grundlage.
