: Review date:I've been eating it for a while and find it very good. However, I can't eat it without an antihistamine. Unfortunately, the spices are not listed and it's difficult for allergy sufferers. It's quite spicy.
Esse ich schon länger und finde es sehr gut. Allerdings kann ich es nicht ohne Antihistaminikum essen. Leider sind die Gewürze nicht aufgelistet und als Allergiker hat man es da schwer. Ist recht würzig.

: Review date:As already mentioned, the beef has now been mixed with sodium nitrate and is very, very gristly. I remember the beef being better before the change and must advise against buying it for now. I will occasionally reorder the product to see if the consistency changes for the better. Otherwise, I would be "out" with this product.
Wie bereits erwähnt wurde das Rindfleisch inzwischen mit Natriumnitrat versetzt und ist neuerdings sehr sehr sehr knorpelig. Ich habe das Rindfleisch vor der Änderung besser in Erinnerung und muß erstmal vom Kauf abraten. Gelegentlich werde das Produkt nochmal nachbestellen um zu sehen, ob sich an der Konsistenz etwas zum besseren verändert. Ansonsten wäre ich bei dem Produkt "raus".

: Review date:I can only agree with the previous writer, what kind of unintelligent decision is this by the manufacturer to suddenly add the preservative sodium nitrite to a previously perfect product? It annoys me to no end, this was one of our favourite products, great tasting beef, perfectly seasoned, I have ordered large quantities here again and again for years. Now, in response to the previous writer's 1-star rating, I looked at the tins of my last order and saw that they now actually contain what I consider to be harmful nitrite curing salt. So, unfortunately, I can no longer buy it from now on, because it was precisely the absence of this preservative that was the initial reason for choosing this previously great product. I hope this will be reversed.
Kann der Vorschreiberin nur zustimmen, was ist denn das für eine unintelligente Entscheidung des Herstellers, in ein vorher perfektes Produkt nun plötzlich den Konservierer Natriumnitrit reinzumischen? Ärgert mich maßlos, das war eines unserer liebsten Produkte, geschmacklich tolles Rindfleisch, perfekt gewürzt, habe ich seit Jahren immer wieder hier in größeren Mengen bestellt. Nun auf die 1-Stern-Bewertung der Vorschreiberin hin auf die Dosen meiner letzten Bestellung geschaut und gesehen, da ist tatsächlich das meiner Meinung nach schädliche Nitritpökelsalz neuerdings enthalten. Kann ich also leider ab sofort nicht mehr kaufen, denn genau das Fehlen dieses Konservierers war der initiale Grund, mich vorher für dieses bis dato tolle Produkt zu entscheiden. Ich hoffe, das wird wieder rückgängig gemacht.
