I love infusions of dark berries, chokeberry, slightly tart, is definitely one of them. If you don't like it quite so tart, just add something milder.

Ich liebe Aufgüsse von dunklen Beeren, Aronia, leicht herb, gehört definitiv dazu. Wer es nicht ganz so herbe mag, nimmt halt noch etwas Milderes dazu.

I like the fact that chokeberry pomace can also be used as a tea - herbal/fruit infusion. The poly-phenols contained in it are also good for me in this form. I use this with other "things" such as rose hip peel, ginger peel (waste), hibiscus, spice clove, apple peel from my apples - I always mix my morning infusion according to my mood with different proportions - and different fruit or flower parts. And I add the petals of my BioLand Damascene rose from the garden - in winter, dry parts or frozen parts... Mhhhm!

Mir gefällt es, daß der Trester der Aronia auch noch als Tee - Kräuter/FrüchteAufguss genutzt werden kann. Mir tun diese darin enthaltenen PolyPhenole auch in dieser Form gut. Ich benutze das mit anderen "Sachen", wie z.B. Hagebuttenschalen, IngwerSchale (Abfall), Hibiskus, GewürzNelke, Apfelschalen meiner Äpfel - ich mische mir meinen morgendlichen Aufguss stets nach Lust und Laune mit unterschiedlichen Anteilen - und unterschiedlichen Frucht- oder BlütenTeilen. Und ergänze das Ganze mit den BlütenBlättern meiner BioLand Damaszener Rose aus dem Garten - im Winter halt trockene Teile oder tiefgefrorene... Mhhhm!
