As a pure juice, it's too tart for me. Mixed, it was bearable. I ordered the powder because I can process it better and it has a longer shelf life. Beautiful colour, depending on how much you put in, correspondingly intense. The same goes for the taste, of course. The more, the stronger.

Als Saft pur ist es mir zu herb. Gemischt war es auszuhalten. Das Pulver habe ich mir bestellt, weil ich es besser verarbeiten kann und es länger haltbar ist. Die Aroniabeere ist eine wunderbare Heilpflanze, die viele wichtige Vitamine und Mineralstoffe enthält und eine regulierende Wirkung auf den menschlichen Körper hat. Das Aronia Pulver wird aus dem Trester hergestellt, also den Schalen und Kernen. Darin befindet sich die höchste Konzentration an wertvollen Inhaltsstoffen. Da es einen recht herben Geschmack hat, eignet es sich besonders gut, um unter andere Lebensmittel gemischt zu werden. Ich zum Beispiel verwende es in meinem täglichen Smoothie oder frischen Joghurt.
