Aroma Olymp Organic Mezze Dip Grilled Florina Peppers. Colour, smoke and Mediterranean character in one glass. In the northern Greek region of Florina, they thrive in a particularly mild climate on fertile soils - the bright red Florina peppers with their intensely fruity, sweet and aromatic flavour. Around 2 kg of these peppers are grilled for each jar and then processed with sea salt and extra virgin olive oil to create a creamy paste that fully develops its pleasantly smoky flavour. It is just as delicious on its own on bread as it is as an accompaniment to grilled steak, shakshuka or couscous.
