Aroma Olymp Organic Balsamic Cream with Thyme Honey. Thyme honey is considered one of the most popular delicacies on the island of Crete. The bees collect their nectar from the wild thyme fields, creating a honey with an unmistakable floral and spicy flavour. Combined with Cretan balsamic vinegar and concentrated grape must, it creates a sweet and spicy cream that adds Mediterranean depth to green salads, enhances marinades for fish and meat and rounds off pasta with tomato or cream sauce wonderfully.
