Arche Tempura Fix. With this organic ready-mix, vegetables, tofu or fish can be conjured up into Asian delicacies. By frying them in the egg-free batter, they become crispy finger food.

Application:

Mix the contents of the package with 280 ml of cold water. Dip vegetables, tofu or shrimps into the batter and fry in frying oil (approx. 180 °C) until lightly browned. Blanch vegetables such as broccoli or carrots briefly in boiling water beforehand. Serve with dipping sauces or soy sauce.
Tip: If you put a wooden spoon into the hot oil and air bubbles rise, the temperature is proper.
