Arche Sprouter for fresh sprouts. In the small greenhouse for the window cill, you can easily grow your own seedlings and sprouts. The sprouter offers suitable light conditions for the sprouts due to the light tinting of the trays and lid. The tray with ridges and drains on base enable even watering. The sprouer is easy to use and easy to clean.
Instructions for use
  1. Soaking the seeds. Wash seeds and soak for 4 hours (cereals and pulses 12-15 hours) with three times the amount of water. See the germination chart on the outer packaging for seed quantities.
  2. Distribute soaked seed in the germination tray. Sprinkle each germination tray evenly with the prepared seed.
  3. Frame the germination trays. Place the two germination trays on the bottom tray. The drain plugs should be opposite each other so that the water can distribute well.
  4. Cover the germination tray. Cover the germinator with the lid during germination. A constant temperature of 20 °C is optimal. Do not place the germinators in direct sunlight.
  5. Water regularly. Rinse the seeds regularly with fresh water (large seeds daily, small seeds every two to three days). Make sure that the water runs off again and that the seeds are not constantly lying in water.
  6. Harvest the seedlings. The germination period can be found in the germination chart. The sprouts are intended for immediate consumption, but can be stored in the refrigerator for 2-3 days. Blanch lentils, chickpeas, yellow soybeans and bean sprouts for 2 minutes before eating.
  7. Clean the sprouter. Clean each tray thoroughly with vinegar and brush. The material is dishwasher safe. For hygienic reasons, however, the sprouter should mainly be cleaned by hand.

Unfortunately very wobbly overall. The base does not stand well on its three feet and the "shelves" also tilt slightly, so not enough stability overall. Water drainage is also unsatisfactory. Looks quite attractive.

Leider insgesamt sehr wackelig. Der Boden steht auf seinen drei Füßchen nicht gut und die "Etagen" kippen auch leicht, dadurch insgesamt nicht genug Stabilität. Wasserabfluß auch nicht zufriedenstellend. Sieht recht ansprechend aus.
