Application:
For wok dishes, stir-fries and soups, add the noodles directly to the liquid without pre-cooking and simmer for 5 minutes. As a side dish, cook the noodles in plenty of boiling water with a little salt for approx. 5 mins. Drain, rinse with cold water and drain well.
