: Review date:We like the Arche Ume Su because a small bottle (a large bottle stands around forever as small quantities are needed) appeals to us. The flavour is good and the fermentation is good for our health. We use it for fresh raw vegetable salads. The quality is right for us, which is why it is our product of choice.
Das Arche Ume Su gefällt uns, da eine kleine Flasche (einen große Flasche steht ewig herum, da geringe Mengen benötigt werden) uns zusagt. Ich nutze Arche Ume Su Umeboshi Würzsauce schon viele Jahre. Früher gab es sie in größeren 250-ml-Flaschen, jetzt bekommt man nur noch diese kleinen, und das noch zu einem, im Vergleich, teueren Preis. Produkt ok, aber der Preis nicht. Deshalb nur 3 Sterne.
