: Review date:These noodles are thicker and chewier than other Asian noodles. Their flavour is rather neutral, so they go well in a hearty soup.
Diese Nudeln sind dicker und bissiger als die anderen asiatischen Nudeln. Ihr Geschmack ist eher neutral, deshalb passen sie toll in eine kräftige Suppe.

: Review date:I like the noodles in strong broth with beef best. The cooking time is relatively long. But the noodles are not pre-cooked, as is often the case with udon. The noodles do not fall apart in the soup, which is the decisive plus point for this product for me.
Mir schmecken die Nudeln in kräftiger Brühe mit Rindfleisch am besten. Die Kochzeit ist relativ lange. Dafür sind die Nudeln jedoch nicht schon vorgekocht, wie es häufig bei Udon der Fall ist. Die Nudeln zerfallen nicht in der Suppe, was für mich der ausschlaggebende Pluspunkt für dieses Produkt ist.
