Very tasty and also gluten-free - like everything Tamaris, of course. The reduction in salt is very pleasant and noticeable, although it is still quite salty, which most likely can't be helped. The organic soy for this reduced-salt sauce comes from the USA and not Japan, which was another decisive reason for us to buy it.

Sehr lecker und auch glutenfrei - wie natürlich alles Tamaris. Die Reduzierung des Salzes fällt sehr angenehm und spürbar auf, wobei es immer noch recht salzig ist, was aber höchstwahrscheinlich nicht anders geht. Das Bio-Soja für diese salzreduzierte Sauce kommt aus den USA und nicht aus Japan, was für uns ein weiterer ausschlaggebender Grund für den Kauf war.

I like to cook Asian food and Tamari is used a lot, so I was looking for a variant that doesn't have quite so much salt. I am completely satisfied with Arche Tamari, reduced salt. The taste is right, even though there is much less salt.

Ich koch gerne asiatisch und Tamari kommt oft und viel zum Einsatz, darum hab ich nach einer Variante gesucht, die nicht ganz so viel Salz hat. Mit Arche Tamari, salzreduziert bin ich voll zufrieden. Der Geschmack stimmt obwohl deutlich weniger Salz drin ist.
