Stirred directly in milk, the powder is quite difficult to dissolve. Therefore, I followed Matthias R.'s tip and dissolved the powder in a little hot water first. Thank you, it works much better that way! The taste is really delicious! Not too intense and not too weak.

Direkt in Milch verrührt lässt sich das Pulver recht schwer auflösen. Daher habe ich den Tipp von Matthias R. befolgt und das Pulver zunächst in etwas heißem Wasser aufgelöst. Danke, so klappt es viel besser! Geschmacklich richtig lecker! Nicht zu intensiv und auch nicht zu lasch.

Despite the rather high price, I treated myself to a tin of Matcha Mix and was not disappointed. The contents really do last a long time, as I always dose the powder very carefully. Otherwise, too much of it can quickly taste fishy. I haven't tried the powder in smoothies yet. I can personally recommend a real insider tip: put 1 tablespoon of Sweet Matcha Mix in a cup or latte glass, dissolve it with a small shot of hot water and then let a latte macchiato out of the coffee machine and stir the mix into the milk foam. The sweetened powder not only provides a great colour, but also a subtle tart sweetness.

Trotz des recht stolzen Preises habe ich mir eine Dose des Matcha Mix gegönnt und wurde nicht enttäuscht. Der Inhalt reicht wirklich sehr lange, da ich das Pulver immer sehr vorsichtig dosiere. Zu viel davon kann sonst schnell fischig schmecken. In Smoothies habe ich das Pulver noch nicht probiert. Einen echten Geheimtipp kann ich persönlich empfehlen: 1 Esslöffel Sweet Matcha Mix in eine Tasse oder Latte-Glas geben, mit einem kleinen Schuss heißen Wasser auflösen und dann einen Latte Macchiato aus der Kaffeemaschine herauslassen und den Mix in den Milchschaum unterrühren. Das gesüßte Pulver sorgt nicht nur für eine tolle Farbe, sondern auch für eine dezent herbe Süße.

This instant matcha mix is perfect for making delicious green smoothies or matcha lattes (I especially like to drink it with rice milk). The added agave syrup and coconut blossom sugar (tastes like caramel) make the whole thing nice and sweet. Preparing the drinks is child's play, as the tea powder is simply stirred into the desired liquid and that's it. I like to drink the mix especially in summer, because it refreshes me. The tea is also healthy - what more could you want? The high price is absolutely justified for me. I always enjoy ordering the Sweet Matcha Mix from Violey and recommend it without reservation.

Dieser Instant Matcha Mix eignet sich hervorragend zum Herstellen von leckeren grünen Smoothies oder Matcha Latte (den trinke ich besonders gerne mit Reismilch). Durch den beigemischten Agavendicksaft und den Kokosblütenzucker (schmeckt nach Karamell) wird das ganze schön süß. Die Zubereitung der Getränke ist kinderleicht, da das Teepulver einfach in die gewünschte Flüssigkeit eingerührt wird – und fertig. Ich trinke den Mix besonders gerne jetzt im Sommer, da er mich dann schön erfrischt. Dazu ist der Tee noch voll gesund – was will man mehr? Der hohe Preis ist somit für mich absolut gerechtfertigt. Bestelle den Sweet Matcha Mix immer wieder gern bei Violey und empfehle ihn daher uneingeschränkt weiter.
