Arche Organic Sushi Rice. The Selenio rice has similar properties as Japanese sushi rice. For self-made sushi and as a side dish for Thai currys or asian wok and pan dishes.
Condiment for sushi rice (for 150 g uncooked rice)
3 tbsp Arche Organic Genmai Su
1 tsp sea salt
1 tsp sugar (or Arche Organic Rice syrup)
Mix the ingredients for the condiment well and carefully fold into the finished, still warm rice. Leave to cool. 1 cup of rice (approx. 150 g) makes 3 cups (approx. 350 g) of finished sushi rice.

Application:
Wash 1 cup of rice thoroughly in cold water, pour off the water and leave to drain. Then bring to the boil with 1.75 times the amount of fresh water and leave to swell on a low heat for 10 minutes. Remove from the heat and leave to swell for another 10 minutes. Process according to recipe or season for sushi.
