Contain almost no carbohydrates, therefore ideally suited for low carb and ketogenic diets! The noodles taste neutral and take on the flavour of the sauces/food being prepared! (Only when opening the package do the noodles smell slightly fishy, but they don't taste like that).

Enthalten fast keine Kohlenhydrate, daher bestens für Low Carb und ketogene Ernährung geeignet! Die Nudeln schmecken neutral und nehmen den Geschmack vom jeweils zubereiteten Saucen/Essen an! (Nur beim Öffnen der Packung riechen die Nudeln leicht fischig, so schmecken sie aber nicht).

These noodles are not my taste at all. The shirataki have a white colour, are very thin and become transparent when cooked. Unfortunately, they have no flavour of their own. Before cooking, they also have an unpleasant, slightly fishy smell and their consistency is very slippery. On the other hand, the Shirataki noodles are cooked in just one minute. It really doesn't get any faster than that. Nevertheless, for me, this product has nothing whatsoever to do with eating pleasure. I'd rather have really tasty noodles with lots of carbohydrates. I can't recommend the Ark Shirataki. With the best will in the world, I can't give it more than two stars.

Diese Nudeln sind überhaupt nicht mein Geschmack. Die Shirataki haben eine weiße Farbe, sind sehr dünn und werden durch das Kochen durchsichtig. Leider haben sie keinerlei Eigengeschmack. Vor dem Kochen verbreiten sie zudem einen unangenehmen, leicht fischigen Geruch und ihre Konsistenz ist sehr glibbrig. Dafür sind die Shirataki Nudeln aber bereits nach einer Minute fertig gekocht. Schneller geht es wirklich nicht. Trotzdem, mit Genuss beim Essen hat dieses Produkt für mich überhaupt nichts zu tun. Dann lieber richtig leckere Nudeln mit vielen Kohlenhydraten. Die Arche Shirataki kann ich nicht empfehlen. Mehr als zwei Sterne kann ich beim besten Willen nicht vergeben.

All fans of Asian cuisine should try these noodles. They are lightning fast and super easy to prepare and very versatile. Especially during the week, when you don't have much time after work, the Shirataki are the perfect solution. Just put them in hot water, add a delicious sweet and sour or peanut sauce and a delicious dinner is ready. Cheap to buy, quick to prepare and a great taste!

Alle Fans der asiatischen Küche sollten diese Nudeln versuchen. Sie sind blitzschnell und super einfach zubereitet und sehr vielseitig verwendbar. Gerade unter der Woche, wenn man nach der Arbeit nicht viel Lust und Zeit hat, sind die Shirataki die optimale Lösung. Einfach kurz ins heiße Wasser geben, eine leckere Süß-sauer oder Erdnuss-Sauce hinzugeben und fertig ist ein leckeres Abendessen. Günstig eingekauft, schnell zubereitet und ein toller Geschmack!
