It is the best Sencha, which we have been drinking for years. When the water has cooled down to 70 degrees, it can only be infused, otherwise it tastes horribly bitter. At least three infusions are possible, always at 70 degrees water temperature.

Es ist der beste Sencha, den wir schon jahrelang trinken. Wenn das Wasser auf 70 Grad abgekühlt ist, darf erst aufgegossen werden, ansonsten schmeckt er grausam bitter. Drei Aufgüsse sind mindestens möglich, jeweils immer bei 70 Grad Wassertemperatur.

Very disappointing product, the packaging description is also misleading. This green tea has nothing to do with a typical Sencha, neither sensory nor optical. The characteristics can rather be described as coarse-roasty to smoky and golden-yellow/brown than as fine-tart, tangy and emerald green. Does not taste remotely like Sencha.

Sehr enttäuschendes Produkt, die Verpackungsbeschreibung ist zudem irreführend. Dieser Grüntee hat nichts mit einem typischen Sencha zu tun, weder sensorisch noch optisch. Die Charakteristik ist eher mit derb-röstig bis rauchig und gold-gelb/braun zu beschreiben als mit feinherb, spritzig und smaragdgrün. Schmeckt nicht im entferntesten nach Sencha.
