Arche Organic Ramen Noodles. These durum wheat noodles not only make it quick and easy to prepare the eponymous ramen and other soups. They also offer authentic Asian flavour as a side dish, in wok and vegetable stir-fries or simply fried.

Add the noodles directly to the hot, prepared soup and leave to stand for 5-6 minutes.
As a side dish, simply place the ramen in lightly salted boiling water and cook for 4-5 minutes, then drain or rinse with cold water.
Alternatively: Pour boiling, lightly salted water over the ramen and leave to infuse for 8-9 minutes, drain and use according to the recipe.
