: Review date:This miso makes ramen really delicious. I sometimes use it as a vegetable stock substitute. Very rich and simply full of great flavours.
Mit diesem Miso werden Ramen wirklich lecker. Ich nutze es manchmal auch als Gemüsebrühen-Ersatz. Sehr ergiebig und einfach voller großartiger Aromen.

: Review date:Since I got a taste for miso paste, I no longer use broth at all. For seasoning and marinating, there is nothing better for me that has nearly as much flavour. I just find it a shame that the good paste is filled in a plastic bag. I think plastic is just so awful and don't understand why Arche can't fill it into a jar like the Onozaki Misos.
Seitdem ich auf den Geschmack der Miso-Paste gekommen bin, verwende ich überhaupt keine Brühe mehr. Zum Würzen und Marinieren gibt es für mich nichts besseres, was annähernd so viel Geschmack hergibt. Schade finde ich nur, dass die gute Paste in einem Plastikbeutel abgefüllt ist. Ich finde Plastik einfach so furchtbar und verstehe nicht, warum Arche das nicht auch ins Glas füllen kann wie die Onozaki Misos.
