: Review date:My first miso: very mildly flavoured. Tastes very good! As an alternative to vegetable stock or to flavour vegetable stir-fries.
Mein erstes Miso: sehr schön mild aromatisch. Schmeckt sehr gut! Als Alternative zu Gemüsebrühe oder zum Würzen von Gemüsepfanne.

: Review date:There are several types of miso and this time I decided on this variety. The light-coloured ones are not my cup of tea. However, I think it's a shame that the good pastes are now all packaged in plastic bags. Why did Arche decide in favour of plastic? Didn't we want to spare the environment from more and more plastic waste? It all used to come in jars. That was just awful. When the miso arrived I immediately removed the horrible plastic squeeze bag and poured it into a jar. 2 stars off because of the plastic packaging!
Es gibt ja einige Miso Sorten und diesmal habe ich mich für diese Sorte entschieden. Die Hellen sind nicht so mein Fall. Schade finde ich allerdings, dass die guten Pasten jetzt alle in Plastikbeuteln abgefüllt werden. Warum hat sich Arche für "Plastik" entschieden? Wollten wir die Umwelt nicht von mehr und mehr Plasikmüll verschonen?? Früher gab es das alles in Gläsern. Einfach schrecklich sowas. Als das Miso bei mir eintraf habe ich es sofort von dem schrecklichen Plastik-Quetschbeutel befreit und in ein Glas umgefüllt. Wegen der Plastikverpackung 2 Sterne Abzug!

: Review date:Since I got a taste for miso paste, I no longer use broth at all. For seasoning and marinating, there is nothing better for me that has nearly as much flavour. I just find it a shame that the good paste is filled in a plastic bag. I think plastic is just so awful and don't understand why Arche can't fill it into a jar like the Onozaki Misos.
Seitdem ich auf den Geschmack der Miso-Paste gekommen bin, verwende ich überhaupt keine Brühe mehr. Zum Würzen und Marinieren gibt es für mich nichts besseres, was annähernd so viel Geschmack hergibt. Schade finde ich nur, dass die gute Paste in einem Plastikbeutel abgefüllt ist. Ich finde Plastik einfach so furchtbar und verstehe nicht, warum Arche das nicht auch ins Glas füllen kann wie die Onozaki Misos.
