Pour 150-200 ml of boiled water cooled to 60 °C over a teaspoonful of Organic Matcha to taste. Whisk vigorously with a bamboo broom for a few seconds until a fine foam forms.

: Review date:I'm really not a tea connoisseur, but I like to drink matcha and have already tried different ones. Unfortunately, this one from Arche didn't convince me. It tastes okay, but it doesn't foam up at all, it's only pale green and in a - for me - complicated packaging (small, hard-to-open tin, tea again in an extra bag inside the tin...). No, I will definitely not buy it again...
Ich bin wahrlich kein Teekenner, aber trinke gerne Matcha und habe schon verschiedene probiert. Dieser von Arche hat mich aber leider nicht überzeugt. Geschmacklich okay, aber er lässt sich in keinster Weise aufschäumen, ist nur blass grün und in einer - für mich - komplizierten Verpackung (kleine, schlecht zu öffnende Dose, Tee noch einmal in eine extra Frischhaltetüte innerhalb der Dose...). Nein, kaufe ich ganz sicher nicht wieder...

: Review date:Unfortunately, this matcha tea did not convince me at all. On the positive side, it is stored in a dark metal tin and actually comes from Japan. BUT: The quality of the tea powder does not meet my expectations in the slightest. The colour is not as deep green as it should be. Also, the tea does not foam up properly and collapses immediately afterwards. The taste has a slightly bitter note, I am used to better. The price is much too high for this inferior quality. I will not buy the Arche Matcha tea again and cannot recommend it.
Leider konnte mich dieser Matcha - Tee überhaupt nicht überzeugen. Positiv an ihm ist, dass er in einer dunklen Metalldose aufbewahrt wird und tatsächlich aus Japan stammt. ABER: Die Qualität des Teepulvers entspricht nicht im geringsten meinen Erwartungen. Die Farbe ist lange nicht so tiefgrün wie sie sein sollte. Auch lässt sich der Tee nicht richtig aufschäumen und fällt anschließend gleich wieder zusammen. Der Geschmack hat eine leicht bittere Note, da bin ich besseres gewohnt. Für diese mindere Qualität ist der Preis viel zu hoch. Werde den Matcha - Tee von Arche daher nicht noch einmal kaufen und kann ihn auch nicht weiterempfehlen.

: Review date:I drank the tea for the first time at a friend's house. I was a little surprised when she prepared the tea, but I was curious to see what it tasted like. My friend just told me that she had bought it recently and that I would love it. And it did. So I bought the tea immediately and have been drinking it every day since. Its unique fragrance is wonderful. It immediately transports me to a Japanese world that I don't want to get up from. I give the tea five stars!
Den Tee habe ich das erste Mal bei einer Freundin getrunken. Ich kannte ihn vorher nicht Ich war etwas erstaunt als sie den Tee zubereitete, aber ich war neugierig, wie er schmeckte. Meine Freundin meinte nur zu mir, den habe sie erst kürzlich gekauft und er würde mich begeistern. Dies tat er auch. Also kaufte ich den Tee mir sofort und trinke ihn seitdem täglich. Sein einzigartiger Duft ist herrlich. Er versetzt mich sofort in eine japanische Welt, aus der ich am liebsten nicht mehr aufstehen will. Der Tee erhält von mir fünf Sterne!

Ich liebe Matcha und den von Arche umso mehr. Er schmeckt aromatisch und ist von bester Qualität. Man benötigt nur wenig Teepulver und deshalb ist der Matcha sehr ergierbig. Wirklich empfehlenswert.
