: Review date:Finally the right wasabi paste for me personally. Not too spicy, but not too mild either. Unfortunately, it used to bring tears to your eyes when you accidentally put too much on your sushi or other food. That's over now. For people who like it spicy, but also like to taste something, I can recommend this paste. Organic ingredients instead of pure flavour enhancers. What more could you want? The only drawback in my opinion is the packaging, as I don't like to see these toothpaste-like tubes at my dinner table at all.
Endlich die richtige Wasabipaste für mich persönlich. Nicht zu scharf, aber auch nicht zu mild. Leider ist es meistens so gewesen das einem die Tränen in die Augen gelaufen sind, wenn man aus Versehen zu viel auf dem Sushi oder Sonstigem hatte. Das ist nun vorbei. Für Leute die es scharf mögen, aber auch gern noch etwas schmecken wollen, den kann ich diese Paste empfehlen. Zutaten aus biologischem Anbau statt puren Geschmacksverstärkern. Was will man mehr? Einziges Manko meiner Ansicht nach ist die Verpackung, da ich diese zahnpastaähnlichen Tuben überhaupt nicht gern an meinem Essenstisch sehe.

Eine sehr gute Wasabi-Paste, die für mich die richtige Schärfe hat, also nicht sonderlich scharf ist. Sie schmeckt eher süß-würzig und nicht nur nach Wasabi-Merettich, sondern auch etwas nach Senf. Passt daher auch sehr gut für Salatdressing. Die Süße ist vielleicht gewöhnungsbedürftig, ich mag sie aber vor allem in Kombination mit der doch sehr salzigen Sojasauce sehr gern.
