- Boil plenty of water. Add glass noodles and loosen with a fork. Let them boil for 4 minutes, drain and rinse briefly with cold water. Drain and process directly.
- Add the glass noodles directly into boiling soup or sauce and cook for 4 minutes.
- Pour boiling water over the glass noodles, loosen them up a little and let them simmer for 5 minutes. Drain and process according to the recipe.
