Application:
Bring plenty of water to the boil. Add the pasta and loosen slightly. Boil for 3 minutes, drain and rinse with cold water. OR: Pour boiling water over the pasta, loosen slightly and leave to stand covered for 5 minutes. Drain and rinse briefly with cold water. For further processing in wok and stir-fry dishes, reduce the time slightly.
