I've been trying to cook more Asian cuisine for years. Finding bamboo strips that don't either have some flaw in the consistency or totally taste like the brine they are in is not easy in the supermarket. So I ordered various bamboo strips online and I would say these are my personal favourite. Pleasant taste, wonderful consistency, and even relatively inexpensive in comparison. I am convinced and will stick with the Arche brand for now.

Ich versuche seit Jahren mehr asiatische Küche zu kochen. Bambusstreifen zu finden, die nicht entweder irgendeinen Mangel in der Konsistenz haben, oder total nach der Lake schmecken, in der sie liegen, ist im Supermarkt nicht leicht. Habe dann verschiedene Bambusstreifen online bestellt und würde diese hier als meinen persönlichen Favoriten bezeichnen. Angenehmer Geschmack, wunderbare Konsistenz, und im Vergleich sogar relativ preiswert. Ich bin überzeugt und bleibe erstmal bei der Marke Arche.
