The tongue-cleaning process can be integrated into your daily toothbrushing routine, e.g. as a supplement after brushing your teeth. Apply a small amount of gel from the dispenser to the toothbrush and rub it into the surface of the tongue and allow it to take effect briefly. Spit out the loosened plaque or gently scrape it off from back to front with a tongue scraper. Then rinse the tongue cleaner and allow it to air dry.
