This toothpaste definitely takes some getting used to. It does not foam at all and is not spicy in any way. The herbal flavour reminds me a little of light bitters (without the alcohol note). In any case, it is a fluorine-free toothpaste in certified natural cosmetics quality and therefore recommendable.

This toothpaste cleans the teeth just as well as any other toothpaste, fortunately the manufacturers have all come that far. But this toothpaste consists only of good ingredients and therefore gives me a good feeling when brushing my teeth. It also tastes relatively mild compared to another Ayurvedic toothpaste, which I unfortunately had to discontinue because of its sharpness. So, in future, I will remain faithful to this toothpaste and not try anything else.
When I think about how some toothpastes used to make me retch due to the excessive foam that formed, or how I felt that the paste did not want to dissolve, all these problems have disappeared into thin air with this toothpaste. In addition, I have hope that this toothpaste will not have "with changed formula" on the packaging at regular intervals, and I will not be back at the very beginning of my search for a suitable product FOR ME, as I have been in the past with a beloved product.

Diese Zahnpasta reinigt die Zähne genau so gut wie jede andere Zahnpasta, so weit sind die Hersteller ja alle schon, zum Glück. Aber diese Zahnpasta besteht nur aus guten Zutaten und gibt mir deswegen ein gutes Gefühl beim Zähneputzen. Außerdem schmeckt sie relativ mild im Vergleich zu einer anderen ayurvedischen Zahnpaste, die ich wegen ihrer Schärfe leider absetzen musste. Ich werde also in Zukunft dieser Zahnpasta treu bleiben und keine anderweitigen Versuche unternehmen.
Wenn ich daran denke, wie mich früher bei manchen Zahnpasten durch den übermäßig gebildeten Schaum Würgereiz überfallen hat, oder wie ich das Gefühl hatte, dass die Paste sich nicht auflösen will, all diese Probleme haben sich mit dieser Zahnpasta in Wohlgefallen aufgelöst. Zudem habe ich die Hoffnung, dass bei dieser Zahnpasta nicht in regelmäßigen Zeiträumen "mit geänderter Rezeptur" auf der Verpackung steht, und ich nicht wie in der Vergangenheit bei einem geliebten Produkt wieder ganz am Anfang meiner Suche nach einem geeigneten Produkt FÜR MICH stehe.

First of all, I love liquorice. You should also like this characteristic liquorice flavour when using the Auromère toothpaste by Apeiron, because together with thyme, these two flavours stand out strikingly. And if you taste a bit of aniseed/sweetwood every day, I can imagine that this will eventually become too much of a good thing even for me as a liquorice lover. What surprised me much more was the fact that there is even supposed to be an "Ayurvedic" toothpaste. After all, there is a varied, natural herbal mixture in the tube, which gives the toothpaste a light brown/greyish colour. The paste does not foam and you can actually feel the small cleaning particles on your clean teeth at the end of the cleaning. Due to the lack of foam, the toothpaste quickly mixes with your own spit and becomes runny. Therefore, care should be taken to ensure that everything remains in the mouth during the recommended 2 minutes of brushing time. A varied, refreshing toothpaste that you should definitely get to know.

Vorab: Ich liebe Lakritze. Diesen charakteristischen Süßholzgeschmack sollte man bei der Verwendung der Auromère Zahnpasta von Apeiron auch mögen, denn gemeinsam mit Thymian stechen diese beiden Aromen auffällig hervor. Und wenn man jeden Tag ein bisschen Anis/Süßholz schmeckt, kann ich mir vorstellen, dass dies auch für mich als Lakritz-Liebhaberin irgendwann zu viel des Guten wird. Was mich viel mehr erstaunt hat, war die Tatsache, dass es sogar eine "ayurvedische" Zahnpasta geben soll. Immerhin: Eine vielfältige, natürliche Kräutermischung steckt in der Tube auf jeden Fall drin, die die Zahnpasta hellbraun/gräulich färbt. Die Paste schäumt nicht und man spürt tatsächlich die kleinen Putzkörperchen am Ende der Zahnreinigung auf den sauberen Zähnen. Aufgrund des fehlenden Schaumes vermischt sich die Zahnpasta schnell mit der eigenen Spucke und wird flüssig. Daher sollte man aufpassen, dass während den empfohlenen 2 Minuten Putzzeit auch alles im Mund bleibt. Eine abwechslungsreiche, erfrischende Zahnpasta, die man auf jeden Fall einmal kennen lernen sollte.
