Application:
Preparation for 2-3 servings: First prepare 450-500 ml hot broth. Sauté the risotto mixture with a little butter or oil in a saucepan until translucent. Deglaze the rice with a little white wine or stock. Reduce the heat and simmer the risotto for about 15-20 minutes, stirring constantly. As soon as the liquid has evaporated, gradually add stock.
