I've been wanting to cook more Indian food for a while, but I always forget to soak the lentils first... With the red lentils, I no longer have this problem. But now I eat more dal.

Ich wollte schon länger mehr indisch Kochen, vergesse aber immer die Linsen vorher aufzuweichen... mit den roten Linsen hab ich dieses Problem nicht mehr. Dafür ess ich jetzt mehr Dal.
