Preparation for 3-4 servings: First prepare 500-550 ml of lightly salted hot water. Briefly fry the contents of the pack in a saucepan with a little oil and deglaze with the water. Once everything has come to the boil, reduce the heat and simmer for about 15 minutes, stirring occasionally. Season the quinoa with salt and pepper and leave the pot on the turned-off plate without the lid for another 5 minutes.

TIP: Simmer finely diced courgettes for 5 minutes and season with fresh parsley.
