High-quality pumpkin seeds from Austria. - First of all, I would like to respond to the previous 1-star rating: The statement made there that salt has been added is false. Pumpkin seeds naturally have a low salt content. Depending on the origin and cultivation conditions, the salt content varies naturally; however, it is usually between 30 and 70 mg/100 g. Consequently - not only at Antersdorfer Mühle - the salt content is always included in the nutritional information.
The pumpkin seeds have a full-bodied taste and a typical smell. For me, the unroasted pumpkin seeds from Antersdorfer Mühle (along with those from Schalk Mühle) are among the best at Violey.

Antersdorf add salt to their products but do not indicate this on the ingredients. I bought their regular pumpkin seeds and they tasted salty. I looked at the nutritional table.
