Antersdorfer Mühle Kamut Khorasan Wholemeal Semolina. This wholegrain semolina is made from ancient wheat, the Kamut khorasan grain. It has a nutty flavour and is perfect for puree, semolina porridge or semolina dumplings.
Kamut-khorasan semolina porridge recipe (2 people):                                You need: 
  • 120 g kamut khorasan semolina
  • 600 ml water or milk, 
  • 1 tbsp raw cane sugar, 
  • 1 pinch of salt
  • 1 vanilla pod. 
Bring the milk/water to the boil with the vanilla pulp and salt. Remove the pan from the heat, stir in the semolina and sugar, leave to stand for 5 minutes.
