This was the first and last time I used dried peas. I soaked them according to the instructions and cooked them the next day. But the peas were totally overcooked and mushy. Too good to throw away, but I didn't like it. Next time, I'll use tinned peas again, which are far less complicated and have more bite.

Das war das erste und letzte Mal, dass ich getrocknete Erbsen verwendet habe. Ich habe sie nach Anleitung eingeweicht und am nächsten Tag gekocht. Die Erbsen waren aber total verkocht und matschig. Zum Wegwerfen auch zu schade, aber geschmeckt hat es mir nicht. Das nächste Mal gibt es wieder Erbsen aus der Dose, die bei weitem weniger Aufwand verursachen und Biss haben.
