Application:
Preparation for 2 people as a side dish: Rinse 125 g Nerone rice in a sieve under cold water. Place the grains in a pan, pour in at least 350 ml cold water and add salt. Cook for 5 minutes and simmer on a low heat with the lid on for about 35-40 minutes. Pour off the excess cooking water.
