Lower fruit content compared to Zwergenwiese Fruchtgarten fruit spreads, which we usually eat every day. (But cranberry is not available there.) The jam tastes rather sweet with a slightly bitter or tart flavour due to the cranberry content. Firm consistency. Good quality. Used for roast game as a side dish and tested as a spread on wholemeal rye and Werz buckwheat toast. However, as it is very sweet, it is rarely eaten. A positive aspect for us is that agave syrup is used instead of sugar/cane sugar.

Good, but too much agave syrup in it, (due to fructose content in agave syrup too much).
