1. Place half a teaspoon of Kotobuki Matcha in a Matcha bowl.
2. Fill the bowl halfway with almost boiling water (80°C).
3. Use the handmade bamboo whisk to break up the matcha lumps. Follow the shape of a figure eight, the symbol of infinity, with a fluid movement, or simply move the whisk from left to right. Repeat with mindfulness until a lightly foaming, grass-green drink without lumps emerges.
